1. Who we are

Life in the UK: Flashcards ("the App") is developed and operated by Aga Drapinska-Tonge. If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach us at hello@byaga.dev.

2. What data we collect

The App is designed to collect as little data as possible.

Data stored only on your device (never sent to us or any third party):

Your study progress (which questions you have answered)
Bookmarked questions
App settings (notification time, audio mode, cards per session)
Spaced-repetition scheduling data

We do not collect:

Your name, email address or any personal identifiers
Location data
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Usage analytics or crash reports
Payment details (processed entirely by Apple — we never see them)

3. How we use your data

All data stored by the App stays on your device and is used solely to provide the study features — tracking progress, scheduling reviews, saving bookmarks. We have no access to this data.

4. Third-party services

The App uses no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple via StoreKit. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy for how Apple processes payment data.

5. Data sharing

We do not share, sell or transfer your data to any third party, because we do not collect any data from you in the first place.

6. Data retention and deletion

All App data is stored in your device's local storage. You can delete all data at any time by deleting the App from your device. Deleting the App removes all associated data permanently.

7. Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. It contains no advertising and no social features.

8. Your rights

Because we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct or delete on request. All data is under your control on your own device.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at lifeintheukflashcards.com/privacy/ and within the App under Settings > About.
